Our story

It all started at the end of 2012 when our family purchased our first car wash. We were rehabbing properties in the Dayton area when we noticed a wash in Xenia for sale. The Master Plumber in the family had always had an interest in a car wash business, so we jumped at this opportunity. After 45 days of making improvements to the property and the car wash itself, we opened for business in February 2013 as Wash It Dean.

It didn’t take long before we purchased our second wash a year later, this time in Fairborn. Since then, we’ve added Beavercreek Auto Bath and Dean’s Car Wash in Centerville to our group of family-owned & operated car washes.

As a locally-owned and operated business, we take pride in our community and the service we provide. For example, we offer towel dry service at our Xenia and Fairborn locations - a bit of a rarity today as most operators want full automation and few, if not, zero employees (we also have towels ready for customer use in Centerville). Also, we only use top quality soaps & clear coats in our self-service bays as well as offer shampoo, spot cleaning and fragrance options at our vacuum stations - all in an effort to ensure our customers get exactly what they need to drive away happy.
